Refund & Cancellation Policy

We would hate to see you go, but should you need to cancel your spot on this expedition the following terms apply.

• If you cancel 6 months or more prior to departure, a $200 fee will apply.

• If you cancel between 3 and 6 months prior to departure, a cancellation fee of 50% of the total trip price will be assessed.

• Unfortunately, we are not able to make any refunds less than 3 months from departure.

Please note that all online deposits and payments for expedition registration and pre-registration are non-refundable.

Additionally, please note that all travelers are required to purchase a travel insurance policy to protect themselves in case of last minute travel changes (i.e. medical reasons, tragic loss, etc) or weather impacts that may disrupt a departure. These policies should be purchased to cover guests financially in the event a full charge cancellation is incurred for any reason.
